Education

Many young people in our communities have missed out on formal education but not on potential. We help these youth build a brighter future by equipping them with practical vocational skills.

Health

Strengthening Community Health In many public health facilities, the demand for care far exceeds the available workforce putting lives, especially those of expectant mothers and children, at risk. We respond by sponsoring essential health workers such as nurses, midwives, and laboratory technicians to support overstretched medical staff.

Wash

Clean Water and Sanitation (WASH) Access to clean, safe water transforms lives. In many of the communities we serve, people walk long distances daily to fetch unsafe water putting their health and futures at risk.

Agriculture

Farming in Uganda, particularly for poor communities, offers a pathway out of poverty by providing livelihoods and food security. Our initiatives focus on equipping farmers with skills, resources, and market access to improve their agricultural practices and incomes.

Christian faith

A gospel and life of love needs to be made evident, one embodied through acts of love and charity to the economically and socially disadvantaged, especially the orphan and the widow.

Expanding Access to Quality Education In many underserved communities, schools face a severe shortage of teachers, leading to overcrowded classrooms and limited learning opportunities. We help bridge this gap by sponsoring additional teachers, ensuring pupils receive the attention and guidance they need to thrive. We also supply scholastic materials to both pupils and teachers, creating better-equipped classrooms and removing barriers to learning. Through these efforts, we’re strengthening education from the ground up—one school, one teacher, one child at a time

Donating a reusable pad to a girl is not just giving a piece of fabric it’s offering hope, dignity, and a future.

In many communities of Uganda including Mayuge, young girls miss hundreds of hours of school simply because they lack access to safe and reliable menstrual products. They suffer in silence, battling low self-esteem and the fear of being shamed or noticed by others, especially boys, during their periods. This silent struggle affects their education, confidence, and dreams.

Thanks to the generosity of our partners and donors, Mayuge Christian Education Centre (MCEC) has been able to sew and distribute thousands of reusable pads to schoolgirls and church members in Mayuge and other parts of the counyry. These pads are restoring confidence, keeping girls in class, and reminding them they are seen, valued, and supported.
